Customization
Our collections are developed with a high degree of flexibility, allowing most products to be adapted to suit specific project requirements. Adjustments can typically be made to dimensions, upholstery (fabric or leather), and finishes across materials such as wood, metal, and stone.
That said, certain designs, materials, or construction methods may impose practical limitations. All customization requests are therefore subject to technical review to ensure they can be executed to our standards of quality, durability, and design integrity.
While we take great care in developing finishes and matching materials, natural variation and hand-applied processes mean that an exact replication of color, texture, or finish cannot be guaranteed.
For COM (Customer’s Own Material) products, any item requiring client-supplied fabric or leather will only enter production once all materials have been received, checked, and approved by our team. Lead times are calculated from the point at which materials are fully approved.
Shipping Policy
- All pricing and transactions are based on full container (40HC) orders and exclude freight and any associated transportation costs.
- Shipping can be arranged upon request through your account manager, with additional costs applied for orders smaller than a full container.
- LCL shipments are quoted on an EXW basis, with shipping services available upon request.
- For EXW shipments, responsibility transfers upon collection, and Donata is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays during or after transport.
